Our aim is to become a bridge between western and asian snow culture using Japanese charm and Niseko's unique atmosphere. We are a relatively small sized operator which will try to provide the best experience for customers. We're looking for passionate and respectable individuals who are keen to help achieve our goals, ride one of the best powder snow in the world and also enjoy experiencing Japanese culture.
Job description：
Snow School Manager
Ski and Snowboard (Cross over) instructors / Guides
Duration : Manager：October ~ End of February or March
Instructors / Late November ~ End of Februaly or March (Negotiable)
Location：Niseko United, Hokkaido, Japan（Grand・Hirafu or Annupuri start, however sometimes lesson could be all mountain )
Required：
Japanese Visa or Eligibility for Japanese work permit(Level-3 and above + 36month full time employ as ski or snowboard instructor) or Japanese Working Holiday Visa
Minimum : SAJ level-1, SIA Stage-1, Foreign ski or snowboard instructor certification (CSIA、NZSIA、PSIA etc) Level-1
Japanese or International Drivers licence
Language : Japanese or/and English. Mandarin or Cantonese bilingual speakers are welcome.
First aid and Avalanche certs are not mandatory but considered as an asset
Benefit：
All mountain pass（Commercial）
Personal riding, teaching and guiding training
Access for reasonable staff accommodation(15min drive from slope)
All year around position available (Green season : MTB instructor and trail builder)
